POLICY IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY, ECOLOGY, PROFESSIONAL SECURITY AND HEALTH of LLP "Company ECOS" in accordance with international standards ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 for 2017

      Priorities in the activity of LLP "Company ECOS" are determined by the desire for sustainable development of the company, awareness of responsibility to future generations for the preservation of the environment, creation of safe and healthy working conditions for personnel. The policy in the field of quality, ecology, occupational safety and health is an integral part of the overall strategy of LLP "Company ECOS" aimed at the implementation of quality products and maximum satisfaction of customers' requirements, as well as increasing competitiveness of the enterprise in domestic and international markets, developing reliable partnerships and is guided by the following principles:

Principles of an integrated system of quality management, ecology, occupational safety and health:

Ensure a high level of quality of products and services provided through the use of a systematic approach to enterprise management, the introduction of modern equipment and software, continuous training of employees, creating a favorable moral and psychological climate and safe working conditions;

Assist in the development of project documentation, introduction of modern environmentally friendly technologies, equipment and materials;

Comply with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international agreements in the field of environmental protection, occupational safety and health protection;

Prevent emergencies, accidents and other damage to the health of employees of the company and seek to minimize their negative consequences;

Motivate the staff to carry out their activities in the conditions of functioning of the integrated management system with an understanding of the responsibility for the quality of the products and services provided, for the environment, for occupational safety and health of employees;

Develop public relations in the areas of the company's activities in the field of quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health.

Objectives of LLP "Company ECOS» in the field of quality, environment, occupational safety and health:

Increase in the market share and sales volumes of products and services by increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of improving the quality of products and services sold;

Increase in the number of projects harmonized with the environment, inclusion of solutions for resource-saving and environmentally friendly technologies and building materials;

Minimization of negative impact of the Company's activities on the environment;

Creation of safe working conditions for the personnel of the organization, prevention of occupational diseases and exclusion of accidents at work through risk management.

To achieve the set goals, the management of LLP "Company ECOS"

Creates and maintains the infrastructure necessary to achieve compliance with product and service requirements;

Allocates the necessary material and technical resources;

Identifies and manages environmental aspects and professional risks in the company's activities;

Provides conditions for professional growth and training of personnel;

Creates conditions conducive to the education of personnel in the spirit of dedication to the values of LLP "Company ECOS".

Management of LLP "Company ECOS" takes responsibility for the implementation of the Policy in the field of quality, ecology, occupational safety and health and provides all necessary resources for this, encourages the personnel of the company to assist in the implementation of this Policy, to personally participate in the continuous improvement of the performance of the integrated management system, an active position in its continuous improvement.
